Chairwoman Mao provides 1-on-1 salon and hair spa services in a private salon suite. CWM specializes in Asian/dark hair/brunette and lived-in hair techniques. CWM is located inside of: Phenix Salon Suite 12021 Dallas Pkwy Ste 600 Room 205 Frisco, TX 75034 Any appointment requests outside of working hours will be subject to a $50 surcharge. Clients may contact Mao via text (469) 922-3969 Please refrain from making any other commitments immediately after your appointment as I may run behind. I also ask for your patience if I am finishing up another client. Clients must notify CWM of any unsatisfactory within 1 week of appointment. I will do my best to fix any technical flaws, however, any personal preference changes will result in a new service charge. Service prices subject to change with or without notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to book select services. Deposits will go towards your service. However, it is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel. For all other appointments that do not require a deposit, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service booked if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or no-show. If there is less than a 48 hour notice, you will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit must be placed for a new appointment. Clients are limited to a maximum of 2 reschedule times before deposit is forfeited. No show-no call's are not tolerated and you will not be allowed to book any future appointments.
