Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to book a color appointment. This deposit will go towards your service. However, it is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel.
If you need to reschedule, please do so 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment to keep your deposit in place. If there is less than a 48 hour notice, you will forfeit the deposit and a new appointment and deposit must be placed. Clients are limited to a maximum of 3 reschedule times before deposit is forfeited.
For non-color appointments, there will be a 50% cancellation fee if there is less than 48 hour notice for any cancellation/rescheduling or no-show-no-call.
No show-no call's are not tolerated and you will not be allowed to book any future appointments.
