Chairwoman Mao provides salon and hair spa services in a private salon suite. CWM specializes in Asian/dark hair and lived-in hair techniques (natural blondes are welcome). Come have a seat and experience a 1-on-1 luxurious hair session in my private salon suite as I pamper you and educate you about your hair. Hair Spa services not only focus on scalp care but also hair care! Come experience the ultimate relaxing head massage, scalp and hair care, finished with a blow dry and style. Professional products and tools are used to ensure best results. CWM is located inside of: Phenix Salon Suite 12021 Dallas Pkwy Ste 600 Room 205 Frisco, TX 75034 Any appointment requests for weekends or evenings will be subject to a $50 surcharge. Clients may contact Mao via text (469) 922-3969 Clients must notify CWM of any unsatisfactory within 1 week of appointment. Mao will do her best to fix any technical flaws, however, any personal preference changes will result in a new service charge.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to book select services. Deposits will go towards your service. However, it is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel. For all other appointments that do not require a deposit, your card on file will charged 50% of the service booked if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or no-show. If you need to reschedule, please do so 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment to keep your deposit in place. If there is less than a 48 hour notice, you will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit must be placed for a new appointment. Clients are limited to a maximum of 2 reschedule times before deposit is forfeited. No show-no call's are not tolerated and you will not be allowed to book any future appointments.
