Chairwoman Mao offers personalized one-on-one salon and hair spa services in a private salon suite, specializing in Asian, dark, brunette, and lived-in hair techniques. If possible, please avoid scheduling important commitments immediately afterward. I truly appreciate your patience if I'm finishing up with another client before your scheduled time. Your Satisfaction Matters If you have any concerns about your service, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment. I am happy to address any technical issues and will do my best to ensure you're satisfied. Please note that changes based on personal preference will be charged as a new service. Service prices are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to book select services. Deposits will go towards your service. However, it is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel. For all other appointments that do not require a deposit, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service booked if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or no-show. If there is less than a 48 hour notice, you will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit must be placed for a new appointment. Clients are limited to a maximum of 2 reschedule times before deposit is forfeited. No show-no call's are not tolerated and you will not be allowed to book any future appointments.
