If possible, please avoid scheduling important commitments immediately afterward. I truly appreciate your patience if I'm finishing up with another client before your scheduled time. Your Satisfaction Matters If you have any concerns about your service, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment. I am happy to address any technical issues and will do my best to ensure you're satisfied. Please note that changes based on personal preference will be charged as a new service. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A non-refundable deposit is required for select services and will be applied toward your appointment total. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. For appointments that do not require a deposit, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Clients may reschedule an appointment up to two times without penalty. After the second reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment. No-calls no-shows will not be permitted to book future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above.
